Marcia is proficient in both marketing and creative language. After working at Carmichael Lynch in Minneapolis and on the Jeep brand in Detroit, she served Bates North America as Midwest Exec Creative Director and North American Deputy CD. Most recently she consulted for mid-sized brands. Marcia's work has collected over 300 creative awards including One Show, Clio, The  International TV & Film Festival and the Emmys. She's judged award shows, taught college courses and authored The Creative Director Survival Guide. Her work includes clients like General Motors, McDonald's, 3M, IKEA, Mayo Clinic, Chrysler, Sony, Borders Books and Music and Harley Davidson.
